Training
Tyre Fitter training is an essential component of Tyre Management. Incorrect fitting and management of tyres can put your personnel at risk of injury and premature wear of your tyres. TBM can provide your fitter with Nationally Accredited certification. TBM has qualified Trainers and Assessors to meet your needs.
The tyre training course is fully accredited through RTO with National Accreditation in tyre fitting (MNCG 1031A and 1032A or MNCG 1031B and MNCG 1032B) on the completion of final assessment. This forms part of the full certificate II qualification.
The training program takes two days with a further 30 days on site training in the workplace for participants. All the training and practical experience must be recorded on the log record book and signed off by their supervisor.
There is a requirement that they must complete at least four to five tyre changes including a full strip down and refit of one heavy earthmoving tyre in this 30 day period before final assessment can be done.
